Charles Marshall

Charles Marshall, a 30 year technology veteran including 18 years with HP, has co-founded a number of successful financial services software companies focused on business process re-engineering and vendor aggregation including Wired Commute, Dealix, and Cats Software. He serves on several not-for-profit boards in Silicon Valley.

David Arscott

David Arscott has been an investor in technology companies for over 25 years, starting with Citicorp Venture Capital. Throughout his career he has invested in innovative semiconductor-related, communications, software, and medical businesses throughout the United States.

Dean Heistad

Dean Heistad has an extensive background in finance, technology and business leadership through his experience at Time Warner, Infoseek, Lockwood Greene Engineering and numerous startups. He founded the acclaimed Business 2.0 online division, re-architected Fortune Magazine's web system, and has started online businesses in Japan, Australia, Germany and the UK. He continues to advise technology startups, and consult for global 1000 businesses including his current engagement as Lead Technologist for AARP responsible for the technology architecture and development of their web presence.

Matt Kaufman

Matt Kaufman has over 10 years of technical leadership experience in the software and aerospace industries. He is currently the Director of Product at edgeio, an online classified advertising system. Prior to joining the founding team at edgeio, Matt lead product marketing at Forterra Systems (formerly There.com) and at RealNames corporation, an internet navigation and search company, Matt lead the product and channel services organizations. Matt began his career as a software engineer in the aerospace industry working for Lockheed Martin, UMDC, and Scitor.

Mike Garvey

Mike Garvey is a retired police commander with 31 years in law enforcement experience. During his career in law enforcement he managed a variety of large IT projects including the development of the 911 center and mobile digital terminals deployment. Mike also has several years of experience in the investigations division and was responsible for a variety of investigative technology innovations that improved officer efficiency. Mike has owned and operated a private sector business for 14 years.
