Counties utilizing bad check recovery systems like StopLoss can now access their data through LUCID and share information with other counties.
LUCID is a software platform that allows law enforcement agencies to share information and collaborate on investigations. The LUCID platform is a secure state-of-the-art collaboration and search system that addresses the needs law enforcement investigators. Standard features of the LUCID platform include:
- Quickly search entire database of reports
- Submit new reports and let others know about active cases
- Collaborate by adding notes to each report
- Organize related reports into folders and share with *ther users
- Create watchlists and be notified as reports change and searches yield new data
Counties that already have check solutions can have their data automatically submitted to LUCID. Once uploaded to LUCID, the data can be accessed by county investigators and even shared with other counties.
