LUCID

LUCID is a software platform that connects merchants and financial services companies with 1,000's of independent law enforcement agencies across the United States. LUCID has been in development for three years and addresses key challenges raised during interviews with major financial services companies (retailers, card issuers, processors, and credit bureaus) and federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. Financial services companies requested a system that facilitates communication with law enforcement investigators while providing automated access to the cases they are currently working on. Law enforcement agencies requested a standardized platform for collaborating across jurisdictions and passing information to and from financial services companies.

The LUCID platform is a secure state-of-the-art system that addresses the needs of both financial services companies and law enforcement. Key features of the LUCID platform include:

• Quickly search entire database of reports
• Submit new reports and let others know about active cases
• Collaborate by adding notes to each report
• Organize related reports into folders and share with other users
• Create watchlists and be notified as reports or searches change
• Moderated registration system for new users

Organizations can partner with LETIX to customize LUCID for their specific needs. Features available include:

• Use LUCID to distribute premium services to investigators
• Automated workflows collect data from investigators interested in your data
• Have LUCID contact victims / witnesses and gather additional information
