LETIX, the Law Enforcement Technology Information Exchange is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 founded in 2002 that combines industry expertise with relationships throughout the law enforcement community. This combination of skills and contacts creates a unique capability to deliver innovative solutions that combat the growing instances of identity theft.

Today, LETIX operates LUCID , the LETIX Universal Case Identification Database. LUCID allows participating law enforcement agencies , merchants and financial services companies to collaborate on identity theft and other financial crime investigations.
